An idea

There are many versions of an idea. And so I keep on creating.

Tiny Letters on Creativity!

Finding my creative instinct!

I don't really consider myself to be 'a creative person'. I don't draw or paint, or write poems. I even struggle to be imaginative in the kitchen. But as a marketing copywriter, I have to be creative for my clients. I signed up to Wonderwebby's Tiny Letters as I was starting to recognise the importance of taking time out to boost creativity, or risk burning out. I thought a weekly reminder from Jasmin would keep me on course. The longer I read them, the more I realise that taking time out for creativity is actually taking time out for myself and that's more important than client deliverables. Each weekly letter inspires me to uncover my creative instincts so I thank you for that Jasmin. You never know, I might have a poem in me yet.

Creativity came back!

I finally started a painting class yesterday on my day off! Two hours went in a flash. Learnt so much. Couldn't wipe the smile off my face or the oil paint off my hands! Thanks for your encouraging tiny letters
